菌菇文化馆
菌菇文化馆（江苏食用菌研究所）占地面积约3000m2，拥有食用菌菌种生产标准化生产车间、现代化温湿智能控制出菇房26间。馆内集中展示了50余种珍稀食用菌及药用菌，详细介绍了菌菇形态结构及文化起源、生态学分类、常见药用食用菌及加工类产品、各种食用菌的营养功效及生态习性等，可面向中小学、生物专业及相关专业学生学习提供“知农”实践和“爱农”科普，亦可向游客提供食用菌栽培种植体验和近20种各类新鲜珍稀食药菌。
Mushroom Culture Museum
MushroomCulture Museum (Jiangsu Edible Fungi Research Institute) covers an area of 4,000square meters. It has 26 mushroom rooms with standardized production workshopand modern intelligent control of temperature and humidity. More than 50 speciesof rare edible fungi and medicinal fungi are displayed in the museum. Themorphological structure, cultural origin, ecological classification, commonmedicinal edible fungi and processed products, nutritional efficacy and ecologicalhabits of various edible fungi are introduced in detail. The museum can providepractical activities and science popularization activities about agriculturefor primary and secondary school students, as well as students in biologymajors and related majors. It can also provide visitors with cultivationexperience of edible fungi and nearly 20 species of fresh and rare ediblefungi.
